At Róhe, we strive for the highest quality in every garment; however, if your selection is not quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off or Collection
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized service point as indicated in your return instructions.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
